We are delighted to see you at the Book Fair again, where you can join us in a wealth of new discoveries, as well as some more familiar experiences. There are many reasons for visiting the Frankfurt Book Fair, because here you:

  • discover new trends and business areas.
  • profit from the best opportunities for further training and networking.
  • find there's no better place for learning and networking.
  • get to know decision makers from across the book, creative and tech industries.
  • gain new inspiration and tap into new target groups.

How to ensure the success of your Book Fair visit

1. Define your objectives
What do you want to achieve at the Frankfurt Book Fair? Are you buying or are you selling? Or building up your network? Plan your activities according to these objectives, using our Exhibitor Catalogue.

2. Benefit from your trade visitor status
Register as a trade visitor before you travel to the Book Fair and you can save yourself valuable time when you are here. You can use our convenient Online Ticketing.
In addition to our regular Trade Visitor Ticket, we now also have a Trade Visitor Ticket BUSINESS, which allows you to get the maximum business benefit from your Fair visit – and provides you with a full-service infrastructure in the Business Club. For instance, take advantage of the Business Club’s comfortable ambience for your business meetings, use it as a place to relax, or choose from a range of targeted B2B and networking events. Everything is designed to be flexible and adaptable to your needs. With the 6-day Trade Visitor Ticket BUSINESS, you also have access to the conferences: THE MARKETS, Rights Directors Meeting and StoryDrive.

3. Arrange appointments
Make your arrangements early to meet important contacts. Devote your talks to the most important topics, as you often won’t have more than 30 minutes for a meeting. When you plan your schedule, be sure to include enough extra time for moving around the exhibition halls.
Get from one business partner to the next quickly and smoothly with our interactive hall plan. Use our online Calendar of Events to find the most interesting events from readings and book presentations to panel discussions and beyond.

4. Book travel and accommodation.
Have a look at our environment-friendly travel offer by train. Remember to book your travel arrangements as soon as possible and don’t leave it too long to reserve a place to stay. Experienced Book Fair visitors make their travel arrangements no later than six months in advance. Follow this link
